Between the Covers
Art Direction and Design
From high-concept YA to swoony rom-coms and unputdownable thrillers, I design covers that draw readers in. I love collaborating with editors, authors, and illustrators to wrap stories up in a beautiful package.
Illustration and Lettering
I add personality through hand-drawn type and whimsical illustrations. Specializing in contemporary romance, I create charming couples, swoony settings, and colorful details that bring stories to life.
Resources and Education
One of the things I care about most is sharing what I’ve learned and building community. Everything from practical tips, honest advice, & encouragement from someone who remembers exactly what it felt like to be figuring it all out.

Currently, I’m an Assistant Art Director at Random House Children’s Books, where I spend my days dreaming up covers that make readers feel something and bring magic to bookshelves everywhere!
I got into book design because I believe in the power of storytelling, and I stay in it because I love collaborating with authors and artists to make something special. I believe in creativity that’s human, heartfelt, and a bit whimsical. I'm also a big fan of cozy games, handmade art, and building community with other creatives.
My work lives at the intersection of storytelling and design - that’s where the best kind of creativity happens. Whether I’m designing a series look, directing an illustrator to bring a concept to life, or crafting custom type by hand, my goal is always the same: to help books stand out and connect with readers.
